One company. 62 million logos.

Publicis’ GroupeConnect is an agency made up of incredible talent, yet no identity. All of these folks have brilliant perspectives when it comes to data, strategy and creativity, but couldn’t find a way to represent it as a collective effort. In thinking about how to build a new brand identity, we wanted to put individuality at the center of the group. At an agency where no two people’s contributions are the same, the brand should reflect that. Let’s celebrate the individuality and unique contributions of all GroupeConnect employees.

We created an exclusive algorithm that combined employee data with variable letterforms, generating custom logos for every single person at the company. That’s 62 million unique combinations. Enough for all current and future employees (and their great-great-great-great grandchildren) to get their own individual logo for their business cards, email signature, presentation templates, and more. No two members of our team are the same, and now, neither are their logos. The new branding is both a result of the dynamic, collaborative nature of the group and a celebration of it.
